I've just come across your site and I think I'm ill help can't live like this I'm avoiding social situations where sombody could talk to me or ask me questions it's so embarrassing and completely ruining my life I've walked out of shops cause I feel people are looking at me wtf is going on I'm always really chilled and not really bothered about nothing it's getting really serious it's started over the past 2 years cost me jobs and a relationship and completely holding me back in my job when I get in to certain situations I can't stop my hands shaking it's embarrassing I noticed it all starting cause I can't get words out and can think what to say no problem but when it comes to it people have to finish my sentences where will all this lead will I ever get back to normal I fear I'll end up a recluse on my own not leaving the house
