As tired and as sore as yesterday, tho today was a lot easier at sanctuary.

Got my car back, yay! It feels like driving a totally different car! I guess that's the coil spring replacement. He's advised to get it checked over after 1000 miles, which as costly as it is I am gonna do. It still creaks a little doing the 2 90 degree turns into my parking area, which makes me wonder. But on the whole I'm pleased, tho my bank balance not so much

Shit.
I just went on a walk, it turned into a disaster. There was a group of teenagers that I had to walk by, I did it but then I felt like I couldn't walk back past again, so I ended up walking anywhere and I got lost. I was really anxious. I feel so pathetic for not just walking past them again.

How have I suddenly become allergic?
I have two other bites (horse fly I think) on my back/side which haven't ballooned up.

Maybe it's just on bony bits/joints

My ear is blocked. I think it was discharging last night.
My tinnitus in that ear has gotten louder. It's most probably to do with this cold I've had. Still got a cough.

Will have to go to pharmacy after work tomorrow. Would a decongestant help it?

Stressed to the max. Had a jobcentre appointment this morning. Got to town and my car decided to die on me, right in the town centre at a busy junction under a bridge, so no way for traffic turning left to get round me. Ffs. Guy behind got out and helped me but it was a major struggle to move the car to a tiny bit of scrap land. So that's where I am at present, being slowly broiled alive in my car, bombarded with car fumes. Wait may be 2 or 3 hours.
Jobcentre arnt picking up the phone, so couldn't let them know. Main DWP number couldn't help me, so have had to send an email and hope my work coach happens to be in.
