We want you to be genuinely content and okay. But achieving those things takes alot of hard work especially if you are angry because that is all you have ever known. Trust me I know from experience. I (and quite a few members of this site) am in the same boat. But we have to believe that we are capable of improving. At the best of times it feels like a stab in the dark, a leap of faith. It is probably the toughest challenge that many of us will have to face in our lives, but nothing worth doing is easy.
