They only get in the bath because they want you to turn the tap on, so they can go down the plug drain like its a water park ride. You can tell, because they curl their legs up, like we do when bombing into a pool.

That's where the special theory of relativity comes in. All measurements of the speed of light must be the same. For this to happen, things that are moving at "high speed" experience time more slowly than things moving at "low speed" (I use " " because you can only measure speed relative to something else). If you have one person who is "stationary" and one moving at "high speed", both will measure the speed of light to be the same, because the moving person's clock runs more slowly than the stationary person's clock.
