- Up early with a healthy smoothie for breakfast. (I make them every morning, they're lush!)
- Using the uni swimming pool earlier (Love my swimming and it's a 50m pool.)
- A walk round some of the uni grounds and a lie in the sun. (It's really quiet and peaceful now all the students have gone home.)
- Gym this afternoon.
- Dinner with a friend tonight.
- I feel hopeful and positive today.
