Why did I agree to go out for a cycle with my ex today?

It went ok, I didn't die, but I couldn't remember how to change gears, so was peddling like crazy and my chain came off. Worked it out now.

^ I’m currently a ‘Scrabble’ game junkie. I’m hoping it will help to unscrabble my brain that has recently turned to complete mush. Mind you, I’m only doing easy level

@ Schmosby Wow, you’re good venturing out in the freezing cold for a cycle ride. So the saying you never forget how to ride a bike isn’t strictly true? Glad you got the hang of the gears in the end

Feeling very drowsy and muddle headed. Why is it that I could sleep so easily now (when I have chores to do) but at night when I should be sleeping I don’t get a single wink?

I used to like visiting this forum but now it has become so dead it is starting to all feel a bit pointless.

Can you get some sort of testing kit thingy to work out why one would be so flaming tired all the time

I presumed it was the stress of..life/work/funeral I was at..I mean I ripped someones head off at work yesterday coz he left a few drill bits on my desk

Its like perma PMT..only I'm also knackered.....and male

You can't get in my doctors for about 3 months even if you have a limb falling off so I'm wondering if theres some sort of home testing thing..its probably my diet but I've started hitting the multi-vits again and that aint doing shit

Thinking about moving somewhere far away so I don't have to see people I know.

we sometimes get kelly's ice cream, chocolate, lovely stuff. about £4/litre. they sold out at the co op, so I bought some "irresistable" coconut and choc ice cream, £3 for 500ml.

all you seem to get for double the price, is more intense 'flavour', and more sugar. is this the way ice creams go, haagendaas etc?

I have thought about doing exactly that because if I go out locally (very rare for the following reasons) I dread bumping into some of the mothers that I used to see on the school run. However, someone pointed out to me that where ever I move to it would only be a matter of time before the strangers there became familiar to me (and me to them) and that before long I’d start to avoid certain people all over again. I guess they had a point.

The answer, perhaps, is to move to the Countryside where your house is the only one for miles and miles around!

I need more stimulation in my life, I think that some of the reason I feel depressed is basically boredom.

Haagen dazs vanilla ice cream has only 5 ingredients and a low(ish) amount of sugar
Fresh Cream (39%), Condensed Skimmed Milk, Sugar, Egg Yolk, Vanilla Extract
Compare with most other ice creams that have stabilisers, emulsifiers, diglycerides, frogs, snails & puppy dog's tails

And normally always on offer someplace £2.50 460ml. Cha ching.

See I need to know these things for when I get my period

My phone broke. Now i'm worried about getting a new one and being able to transfer the contacts and stuff over? ****ing thing, should have binned it long ago. I really hate technology, now i'm gonna have to go into a shop and be assertive and make sure they help me rather than just rushing me through and then I leave without getting 9/10 things I need help with. Which in any scenario like this usually happens!

I drive about 30/40 mins to MIND however there starting a service in my village for it and the surrounding rural area. The manager of my MIND asked me today if I would help them by sitting on the interview panel (as a representative of service users) for the new manager and the new coordinator. I for some reason went 'yeah, that'd be fine' . Now I'm home I'm a bit like *gulp* what have I done. I haven't a clue about interviewing ppl! I know that someone will be discussing it all with me before hand and my input is probably minimal but I'm expected to ask questions potentially and all that.

^ The main thing they will be after is what you think about the person in general. What your first impressions are as a service user. I think you would be ideal as someone who isn't a professional.

You'll surprise yourself with how much your intuition will tell you.
