Have you spoken to your doctor about how you are feeling? They may be able to put you on the waiting list. You are not pathetic at all. I hope you are feeling better soon.

Feeling so tired tonight.

Thanks, I've been to my doctor recently, was told that I need to call the number and refer myself for counciling. Honestly feel like I could do with a bit more guidance to be honest but that's what he told me to do and if I have this much trouble making a phone call I'm not likely to be able to argue with a doctor.

If I'm not pathetic because I can't make a phone call then I am pathetic for thinking about the same girl every single day since I last saw her over a year ago and still having nights where I can't sleep at all for getting overly emotional about the whole thing. How can I be so emotionally invested in somebody who obviously cared so little about me…

Cold hands, anxious (what's new) but not overtaken by anxiety, bored, tired, cold, focused, underwhelmed, unemployed, cold hands cold hands, anxious.

Like a pervert - but in a good way!

The most gorgeous of creatures answered the door to me earlier wearing just a t-shirt. She must've been dossing or just woke, but she looked all kinds of fine to me. All i could think about for the next hour was her legs .. . .i accidentally missed a few turnoffs because of her!

.. I need to get out more

I've got to do a stupid speaking thing infront of an auidence on Monday with pretty much a stranger .
She's just emailed me to work out our dialogue. I've written my stuff out, but can't bring myself to click 'send'. Sending it is a proper commitment to going through with it.
I'm terrified whilst amused. How can I be so idiotically frightened of bugger all?

If the email's an issue I can't wait for the car crash anxiety wise that will be Monday.......

oh dear, what a life.

I wrote this last year at the start of March. I am moving again now. The thing telling me how wrong I am has made its ugly return.
"God I am mad. I'm moving house today. Who cares. This isn't annual leave. I'm tired. No I'm fine. My current housemate thinks I'm an idiot. She pulled this face at me last night. This face that said: what on earth are you? why are you? Why do you exist as you are? The entire universe is about to demonstrate its rejection of me. Or not. Or it's just that my coping strategies cause me to feel this way. Which sucks when I can't see outside of it. And everyone else carries on like it's all normal. And I am holding on too hard to something. And look at me moaning. Look at what I am. What. I. Am. This thing. The loudest thing in my life is the thing telling me just how wrong I am, I am being constantly warned of the potential for my wrongness. Or I'm just talking rubbish, utter rubbish. See there it is."
