I have half a quiche in the fridge and some new potatoes but I don't think I have the motivation to prepare it.

I had chicken tikka masala with onion and potato sauce and onion bajajs.
Then a whole orange cut in 4. It was the best orange Ive ever tasted. Have such a thing for fruit at the moment.

Urgh, that sucks man, I know the feeling, I had a horrible cold a short while ago and could barely muster eating anything, just lay in bed for a couple of days, barely moving at all,
On the plus side, I do really need to lose weight, so it was interesting seeing what I can do without.

You're not wrong, Dougie! My intention that day was to eat a jacket potato and some beans. Which would have been more nutritious. At one point I was even having a debate with myself. Something like this:

Your honor, my client wholeheartedly believes that he desperately needs grease, caffeine and sugar right now! Now granted, there isn't much protein in this meal. But what there is in this meal is fun! And who can disagree with that!

As for tonight's meal - oven chips, onion bhajis and mr kipling's country slices. Although the jury is still out on this one.
