Default How is everyone feeling (26)

Wish I could just sleep forever. The only time I'm not completely 100% bored is when I'm asleep.

They have to list all that stuff to cover their backs. Are you starting on them?

Lower than I've felt in a long time. I've been sitting crying for hours, like my heart is breaking and I'm just so incredibly unhappy. Had enough, I think. And yeah, you can moan at me for being attention seeking. But I don't know where else to post.
The physical pain makes the mental pain worse and then I feel weak, because I can't cope and it gets me down. And I can't see anything changing. I've had such a rubbish day with the panic attacks and I'm just so tired of it all. Sorry for moaning.

Good that I've got some uni work finished and out of the way. Bad that it was the easiest piece of work out of a big pile left to do.

It's times like this I wish I drank coffee. I'd make a cup and sit outside and watch the sun come up. As it is I don't so I'm inside watching my Christmas tree lights.

Bah.

A bit of a shit day so far, not impressed with the way I look at all and was stuck in the middle of the train today which made it even worse. I don't get really anxious much these days, but being slap bang in the middle of a train when I'm not feeling positive about myself is a pretty shitty experience. I need the safety of a corner!

The potential increase in suicidal thinking is during the first couple of weeks, if I recall, and that was my experience. Anyone can get that, but younger people are more likely to act on it, apparently.

The side effect that worried me the most was 'may cause male lactation'

*shudder*

i had my first appointement with mental health scheduled for 18th of january, got a call today it's not available anymore but there is one on thursday, obviously i can't do that since i work and you can't just get days off without notice. i'll have to go back onto the waiting list and who knows when the next appointment could be available. i might just scrap the whole idea because as of may i won't be eligible for nhs anyway, what's the point of getting counseling for 2 months.

i'm disappointed tbh, but also a bit relieved because i was scared to go.
