I hear ya misslaura

I wish I knew the answer. It seems like one long uphill battle.

Wish I could say something to cheer you up, sorry!

When the thought of staying in a rut then getting out there i more desireable then actually trying then people are always going to choose the former but if there's something out there you need then the fear is easier to overide.

If I failed I would feel like I was letting them down and if I succeded I would feel like maybe I couldn't have done it on my own. I've always confronted my problems alone because I don't want to be treated differently by people close to me, or have that as a possible stigma. Nobody has ever helped me with my physcological issues. I have always ever had, and insisted, on practial help. Its always been easier that way.

Sometime we need a kick in the ass to get us motivated to do these things.

Do agree with what you're saying though!!
