Getting kinda frustrating.

Just to do what other people do so effortlessly (or without the analysing and stress we go thru). Walk into a shop without feeling paranoid or that ppl r giving me 'weird' looks. Talk to someone in a bar, in fact just being able to enter a bar without feeling like im going to pass out or throw up. Seeing the opposite sex and feeling normal, instead of wanting to run away and feeling like my throat has closed in.

I want this too but I just don't believe that it's possible.

A group of friends - preferably female (most of my friends are male)

Without other outlets, ie a good circle of friends I dont think I could really contribute to a relationship in a healthy way. Id just end up living vicariously through my partner.

And of course the biggie - the ability to be able to go outside without having mini panic attacks everytime I walk into a resturant/bar/supermarket where ever and not have the feeling that people think I look weird.
