I'm sorry but vegetables in a microwave, any veg (except potatoes) is wrong.
It's like ppl who heat or reheat hot drinks in a microwave - Just No.

^^ Since my memory started failing I've had to do the microwave coffee reheat rather often. I'm not throwing good coffee away, Mo!

It was scrumptious . I'm not keen on chicken but I ate this without gravy. Really really good. Rosemary carrots are awesome!

Only for jacket potatoes, reheating leftovers and the odd ready meal. I don't 'cook' with a microwave.

I'm so drunk.

I think it's a testament to my character that i'm still pretty much the same, unfaltering, Spud-like.

I can't watch those survivor shows without someone annoying me. That londoner, the electrician fella was a bit of a knob, i can see he's gonna ruffle some feathers.

I'm reading a book, 'travels with Charley', which keeps mentioning Sauk O__o Apparently there's a Sauk centre near Minneapolis, is this where the HQ is?

Packing. Well packing the stuff of my dads to be kept anyway.
There's 2 bits of furniture I'm really really not sure I can part with Not sure what to do about it though.... Have looked at storage options but can't decide if i'm being mad.

Not really sure what to do with my mothers ashes either. My dad keeps them on the windowsill in the living room, lol. I'd like to get them interred but can't afford it at the min.

Sitting in a Tesco cafe drinking a mocha
Perhaps a huge dose of caffeine isn't the best idea combined with an enormous amount of anxiety, but it tastes lush!

gambling and car window shopping

If I wasn't such a nervous wreck I'd quite like to buy a new car..unfortunately the thought of going to a showroom and driving an unfamiliar car with an "audience" sounds a fate worse than death...I'd literally rather just buy the damn thing on amazon and take my chances

I mean maybe I could justify it if I drove more than my 1.5mile daily commute to work and back

Alas..driving, i thought you'd get easier..

Sod all - lunch has been eaten, pot of tea downed, the post-work buzz has already worn off..

I don't feel sleepy so there's no point in napping. I might wipe the kitchen cupboard fronts down, i noticed the other day they're looking a bit grubby.
