Can't drink any wine – all of them have a strange taste that makes me feel ill. Would rather drink something proper, like a good single malt.

None of the above options. My favourite wine is mead.

If I had to choose from the list though it would be red wine as I like merlot. Well, the few times I have tred it.

I don't drink much wine though. I am more interested in real ale.

I don't like 'Rosé' or 'Bourjolais' ... like 'Sauterne' as an apperatif but like most French people I drink wine depending on what food I'm eating ...

I like red but tend to avoid wine for personal reasons. Also cognac & coke is good, for when one is feeling all hip hop.

Moniack is the only mead I've tried so far, but it is delicious! It can be quite tricky to find in shops as not many places seem to sell it. The only place I've seen it on sale so far is in a cheese shop in Chester. Think you can also buy it online though

Norfolk Mead is the nicest I've had and I buy it from my local farm shop. Lindisfarne Mead is probably 2nd and can be bought at more places.

I've tried Moniack and Lindisfarne mead. I've only been able to find these in Booths supermarket in Lancaster and a cheese shop in Chester. I would love to try more brands and wish it was a bit easier to find but saying that, it would not be so special then! I'm sure there will be somewhere in London you can purchase it

Definitely, I have the Pagan society at uni to thank for my discovery. If it was not for me turning up to a Samhain meeting and sipping from a drinking horn, I would be none the wiser!
