People ringing the store before 9am and people that phone back endlessly. If we are not answering, then we are busy or don't want to answer.

I find Impatient people, people lacking self control irritating in general.

Yes people are meant to collect their undelivered parcels from the post office next door to our sorting office, which opens at 9am. But sometimes you get people knocking on our door asking if they can collect it and the post office not open yet. Or we get people ask if they have any parcels we're yet to deliver that day and you have to sort through the mountain of parcels just for them.
Why can't people wait til 9am and collect it from the post office. Most the time it's nothing important.

Also one woman who works in the Post Office, when she has nothing to do she'll go to my sorting frame and tidy away my elastic bands and collection cards and things I need, leave my stuff alone!!

FFS this wasn't even a thing in the UK until a few years ago and now it's everywhere like a plague of.... evil ducks, or something.
We don't even have Thanksgiving so what's the point of it?

^ My friend's parents are like that, it just shows their insecurity, it's like they go on those holidays just so they can tell people how "amazing" it was. They also boast about the things they've bought through scrimping and saving all their lives even though they had a good income (so my friend and his sibling couldn't go on school trips often too).

when postmen/women, just drop a note though your door saying the parcel you paid a good bit of money to get delivered,. was too big for your letterbox,.

then, when you finally find the time to travel over to the town centre to pick it up,. you see it could easily have fitted through your letterbox

I don't get annoyed about weather but I do feel a little annoyed about people who get annoyed about the weather.

I wish I didn't because, like with the weather, getting annoyed doesn't help much

I have only just rid the house of the remaining traces of glitter from last year and now I am drowning in the stuff again. I am wreaking revenge by sending the glitteriest cards I can find to the offending parties.

Hang on; maybe this is why they are sending them to me.

Better call a unilateral truce and send plain cards next year. The glitter is probably a single use plastic anyway.

Well, one in particular. It has sussed how to get onto the bird table and is in the process of destroying it. Now it has managed this its mates will copy. With this and the wood pigeons the birds won’t get a look-in.
