Greetings
Hello everyone, I'm 26 and from North Wales. Ever since High School I just figured I was a shy person and passed myself as such. Put it down to my low self esteem and bad self image, but whilst doing some searching online about certain things I ended up coming across SA pages and noticing that many of the traits involved were valid to myself. So I have sort of 'self-diagnosed' myself.
Joined here with the hopes of getting a better understanding and hopefully getting in touch with similar people in a local area to myself, Many places say that social interactions help and I figure that these would be much easier with people who understand the pressures and diffuclty and that you wouldn't need to try as hard because of that understanding.
