I have no fear of telling him off as I would my own (and his mum knows this as I do it when she is here and ignoring his behaviour) but I am now feeling like she is just taking the piss and my daughter is suffering. Now they are at the other extreme of getting on ok but squealing and laughing too loudly!

Dry January can **** off, always need a drink after he has been here.
Maybe you will have to say to your neighbour that you can't look after him anymore because he upsets your daughter (Or use that as the reason to avoid having to say to his Mum that he's a little sh*t )

In need of sleeping tablets. Unfortunately, the Doc won't give them to me as I have to drive for work.

I'm nothing. Unless I die young I'll continue to be nothing for another 50 years and then I'm going to die alone and nobody will care.

Life seems much better today. I'm glad I stuck it out when I was feeling suicidal. On days like this I don't remember what being sad feels like. Nowadays I just enjoy it while it lasts because ill be back to depressed soon enough.

I've had a MRI on my liver. It was much longer than a CT scan but not too bad. They talk to you a lot and make sure your ok.

Fed up of life now. I've done 29 years, can I call it quits? My job is slowly grinding me into the ground. I've lost count of the number of painkillers I've taken this week - headaches, sinus pain, neck ache and I think I have a scalp infection too now, yay!

I'm stuck on a giant hamster wheel going round and round, no time to just stop and do nothing.

^ no, you most definitely cannot call it quits!

I'm no doctor but what you say reminds me of when I was suffering work related stress. Stress - like, real stress not just feeling a bit pressured - can have more physical symptoms than emotional/mental and really **** us up. I would highly recommend taking some time off, evaluating the situation and working out exactly what you need to happen to relieve some of that stress. There is no job that you can't take time off from when needed x

^ I'm not suicidal, I just can't be bothered with life right now. It would be very difficult for me to take any time off. My entire team have left and I'm supporting new and inexperienced staff.

Thanks for your reply

^ Thanks Craig

Believe it or not, I'm worse when I have time off work. I go downhill very rapidly and usually become depressed. Like it or not, my job is pretty much all I have now. I don't believe taking any time off would help. I'd only be sitting around at home worrying about how everyone else is getting on. And then when I went back I'd have triple the amount of work to do.

^ If you can't have time off can you talk to your manager about how to relieve the stress a little? I know it's sometimes very difficult to do as we don't want to appear incapable - especially when you add SA into the mix - but this is about you and your wellbeing and that is important. YOU are important. If you can't take time off please at least speak to your manager x

I can be quite SA with people in authority. I don't really think anything can be done. I've just stupidly chosen a career where the workload and pressure is pretty immense.

Hang in there, miss! I may have hopes for the future, but this future is just as unclear to me as it is to you, and everyone else you know.

The future may be fuzzy to all of us, but we can all have our own hopes. So, in some way, we are pretty much all in the same position.

Have some huggles!
