Hi everyone

I've visited these boards a few times before but never quite joined. Stealthly, I'm going by Abacus. Over the past few years I've managed to do a lot on overcoming my anxiety and others MH problems (all seem to be related to each other!), but as life has changed and I've found myself in different circumstances, it feels as though I'm starting to relapse hard :s

Hopefully I can vent abit here, get some support and offer the same to others too.
