Hello everyone,

I found this site this afternoon and it looks a nice place, so I thought I'd say hi to you all. I'm a 29 year old guy from Bristol and I've had social anxiety for as long as I can remember. I do manage to work full time, but have to lock myself away socially because I just find socialising so difficult. The internet has been a big blessing to me and it's nice to find a place where hopefully I'll feel at ease.

Julie - I didn't know they had meetings here in Bristol; will have to search for some info, although I'd never be so brave as to actually go to one :embarass:
