@desi99
Happy Birthday! Hope you have a nice day.

I wish I could help you with the anxiety but unfortunately I haven't been able to beat it. I'm not sure what keeps me going but for some reason I don't give up.

I feel strange today. BPD bad day I think, hopefully it'll pass quick but I realised that (excluding this site) I am ALWAYS the instigator in messaging someone. I can't remember the last time (if ever) someone messaged me outta the blue just for a chat.
starting to wonder if I am unlikeable.

I know I am stubborn and arrogant and sarcastic but I must have some good traits...
ugh mood

^ I`ve been in those if-I-don`t-speak-to-you-we-wouldn`t-speak situations before, actually more often than not over the course of my life. It sucks and it`s really hurtful, although I think in some cases the other person doesn`t even realise. Hope you find a way to deal with it,whether that`s finding new people (because that`s soooo easy to do obviously) or some way of making the relationships more equal. I can`t offer a good solution sadly as I think I end up just cutting contact with those people in the end and I`m pretty sure that isn`t that healthy, most of my choices aren`t

I`m feeling stressed and apprehensive but I think that`ll be the norm for the next few months as I need to get a lot of work done on my house which means PEOPLE WILL BE IN HERE . Looking forward to it all being done though, and aside from the anxiety around that I feel okish I think. Which is unusual enough to be postworthy

Don't get me started on over analysing things I over analyse everything from how people see me, my life and failings to films and tv, why did that person have to die, if only they had done this or that they would have been fine. I will spend nights not being able to sleep for re-doing the film in my mind to invent ways to change the parts I though were wrong... ooops! looks like I have started . I analyse why a footballer I like can not get in the starting line up for his team, why Lewis Hamiltons car had to break down and not Nico Rosbergs and what that would have meant to the championship but I also go deeper and over analyse life, humans, the planet ect ect ect , someone just turn my brain off please

Starting university tomorrow morning, but feeling hugely unsociable. I kind of wish I had more of a "fuck off" face, if you know what I mean. It's orientation week, so it's all formal welcoming speeches, campus tours, IT induction and 'fun' events.

I hate 'fun'. I wish I could skip forward to next week, when lectures start.

Very low the past 5 weeks. Feeling very anxious, emotional, angry with terrible mood swings that I bottle up and feel exhausted due to insomnia. Also having dark thoughts about everything being pointless and having flashbacks with bullying.

It went fine, but I'm technically old enough to have fathered most of my classmates, which feels weird. Now that the orientation stuff is over, I'm looking forward to lectures, seminars, tutorials, etc.

Well done and good luck. I'm thinking of doing that so I hope you post more about what it is like.

I have the day off today but need to go into the office to do a meds assessment shortly, which I have done before, yawn. I have to go in all chirpy and enthusiastic when I wanna go back to bed as I've hardly slept this week.

I need to muster up my acting skills as I am going to have to press them about further training. I've only been there seven months but if I feel like I am not progressing then I get frustrated. It is a bad trait, I should be grateful to have a job that I like.

I am fully planning on going to Uni before I am 40 (let's face it, we work until 70 so might as well have a good job for the last 25-30 years).
I wonder if a guy aged 35+ is considered "mature" lol

^^

Yeah, that's odd. I went to University when I was 19 because I had a gap year. But most of my peers were doing that too. So I was not put in the 'mature' student category or over half my year would have been put in the same bracket.

I think I'm bearing grudges against different people, but lately it's becoming a grudge against people in general. I'm so angry all the time and that I'm disrespected by others. I expect to be treated how I would treat them, but it doesn't happen. I'm scared I won't snap out of this & end up hating (or having no faith in) people forever. Anyone else feel like this?
