Tired. Tho surprisingly positive about my diet. I even stopped for petrol and didn't purchase any crap on impulse. So far just had small bowl of porridge and a mushroom salmon stack for lunch which was much nicer than I would have ever imagined. No carb cravings.....as yet.

@Clementine it sounds horrible, I sort of know how you feel but not felt it as badly as that. I do have days of hopelessness though but sort of meandering onwards. How is your dog now?

^ I’m still waiting to hear back from the vet with her biopsy results. I rang yesterday but they weren’t back yet. It’s horrible waiting. She seems fine though

@ Pandapop What’s up? Hope you’re okay x

I have had a shitty day with a happy ending , I am very dentally phobic and have let my teeth get out of control and have had to go for a consultation where I was told a need 5 teeth out and a partial denture fitted, I know it will look much better when it's finished but over the years I've become remarkably adept at suppressing any thoughts about my teeth but just going through the process of sorting them out I am constantly aware of them. I feel embarrassed to eat, yawn or even speak in front of people, and now I have another 6 months to wait, and worry before I get the work done, thankfully they are giving me full sedation so the actual work won't be too traumatic . On top of this the other thing I have buried my head in the sand about for even longer is my horrible deformity called NF2( a less servere form of neurofibromatosis...... oh I don't have the energy to go into detail fir the sake of brevity after 5 months of them changing and cancelling my appointment. I had finally actually been given a time which wasn't 7 in the morning on the other side of the country for them to send me a letter saying I hadn't attended the appointment (which they sent me a letter to cancel) and they had removed me from the waiting list and referred me back to my GP..

Oh the happy ending , feeling fed up I went to order a bottle of expensive therapy whiskey and when I came to the checkout it said 'whiskey santa 'had given me my order for free***55358;***56643;

Quite meh. Went down to the village today to get some pain killers and decided to go into Waitrose. Me wandering around coincided with the 2 min silence for Armistice day, which i'm happy to observe. However for some reason standing still in silence in a supermarket gave me a weird anxiety episode 2 mins never seemed so long. Fml

Sorry I meant they were buggering about with there own car. It can be difficult to get out of the parking area as it surrounded by a wall and only has a narrow entrance.

Oh well another lovely day out in ten mins after surprisingly 10 hrs sleep but being woken by their behaviour three times in the night. Sigh. Thank God I have a lift today or I just wouldn't do it. I'm annoyed that I'm still allowing some of my unkind misunderstanding nbors to stop me going out e.g. on a Saturday but went and got messages around 5pm. Ignoring the current crap thru the walls or my supporters will get worried again. Eugh

Relieved. Woke up this morning to find that one of the balls on my septum barbell had come loose through the night and I couldn't find it. Luckily, my sister in law gave me a curved barbell for when I get my vertical labret ages ago and there was one the same size. Couldn't screw it in. I tried and tried. Ended up crying. As I bent down to pick up the ball that had fallen for the hundredth time, the ball for my medusa came loose too. I took them all with me to my brother's, and my sister in law kindly out them back in for me. I'm so annoyed at myself though. My septum was so close to being fully healed and with all the pissing about with tweezers, it started bleeding again. I put a bigger ball on my medusa though and it looks soooo much better. The tiny one almost made my lips look thinner.

I've knackered my hands and fingers doing my bike this afternoon, typing at work tomorrow might not be much fun.

Quite upbeat. Although the session I volunteered at was a bit flat as we have a new outreach worker covering at the moment I felt much more confident and was joking with some of the parents. I wish I was more consistent tho, I have weeks were i'm all sa weird and other days where I think God i'm actually a fully functioning human.

On the last half mile a woman stopped because her dog stopped to say hello to mine, so then we were walking in the same direction at the same speed, so there wasn't anything else to do except walk together & make awkward conversation & now I feel like a freak for not knowing how to deal with these little social interactions
I can relate so much to this! It sounds like you dealt with that perfectly well, you're not a freak, you could have easily diverted to another route (I've done that so many times ha) so well done.
