I'm feeling really perplexed and uneasy because my birth mother has suddenly got in contact with me after a couple of years of silence, she is saying nice things too and it really isn't normal for her and I don't know how to deal with it.

On Saturday apparently my dad got in a temper and lashed out at my mum. Mum didn't do anything, Think my dad was angry at my brother but he went out and mum was left in the firing line. I wasn't there.

Brother says dad needs cbt . Dad doesn't believe in counseling so can't see him doing that.
I'm so sick of their bickering, it's mentally draining.
I can't wait to just move out.
But then I still won't be free of it cos my brother will probably txt/call me about the latest rows.
He involves you in things when you're not even involved.

^ I often admire people who manage to do lots of adult things, sometimes I'm scared of my own shadow, hopefully the more you do things the less anxious you will feel.

I'm having an angiogram tomorrow and am terrified, I may need a stent and if so I will have to go to a different hospital, the one where my dad died.
Everyone I know who has been treated there died there, just wandering round aimlessy now waiting for it to be time to go and wondering if I will get out.

feeling a bit sad,
it's funny how having certain people around affects you,
and then when someone you really like moves away,. it leaves such a hole,
feels like the worlds a bit darker now, and things have lost as much meaning,
when someone you really liked moves on,. it seems many things just lose meaning for you,
it's amazing how I don't appreciate people, or simply expect them to be there somehow,
only realising what they meant to you when they're no longer there.

maybe I should be telling people what they mean to me more often,. Not easy though.

it's a pretty common procedure, I know loads of people who've had a stent put in, and they're doing great.

Its been a struggly kind of day. Have a new volunteer helping me at cat place, she's very nice but she does things a bit oddly. Maybe i'm being a bit harsh as I've been doing it a long time and I suppose have the routine down.
She was disappointed there wasn't more cat's today but also moaned there was a hell of a lot to do

- why do you want more cats then!

Also went to the jobcentre for a late sign in, that was fine but I spent quite a while in town which just seem to mentally exhaust me for some strange reason. Maybe it's me missing my anti D's the last few days, thankfully I got them today from the chemist.
