What percentage is your phone battery on right now?
Mine is 27% which means if I go to the gym I might not have enough charge to get out again.

Re: What percentage is your phone battery on right now?
91%, I get anxious if it gets below 80% heh. Totally illogical, coz no-one ever calls anyway.
I guess folk with fancy phones probably last three days on 30% battery anyway, but mine is un-swanky |

29% which means I've actually done some work today at work. Sometimes I have to charge it during work as I've watched so much netflix it goes flat and gets hot.

Re: What percentage is your phone battery on right now?
I don't know. I don't have the % indicator on (I don't like the way it looks) and I'm not going the effort of swiping down.
It looks like 45%. |

I live life on the edge. My phone drains ridiculously quickly and tends to last only about half a day, but I am using it a lot more now too. |

Re: What percentage is your phone battery on right now?
100% - it's still plugged in and I'm here on my laptop.
I bought this 'phone (it's a Xiaomi) for its long battery life, but it doesn't like extreme temperatures - it shuts down in heat (which I could understand in Luxor when it was 42C, but it also did the same in Ljubljana when it was only 34), even last month when I was driving to London and it was on my passenger seat - the sun through the windscreen killed it even though the aircon was on and when I needed it (off the motorway, needing mapping to an address), I had to park and wait for it to come back. In cold weather, it just doesn't respond, although I have enough photographs from the Antarctic to prove that it can be coaxed back into life (I just missed those which needed an immediate response, like whales close to the ship). |

Re: What percentage is your phone battery on right now?
58% It's not very often that my battery goes flat. I usually charge it in the morning. Although the times when it has gone flat have also been the times when I needed my phone the most. Well, more or less. Like when my car broke down. Or when I needed to call for a taxi from the doctors surgery. Which was also a time when my car was having a rest from breaking down. Basically I need a new car. But the doctors situation was interesting:
Me: Hi, do you know if there is a payphone nearby please? Doctors receptionist: (looks at me as if I'm from the year 1900 and Graham Bell is my best bud) Me: I just need to call for a taxi. Is there a payphone nearby please? Doctors receptionist: (shakes head) Me: Well, thank you anyway. (I roll my eyes on the way out) True story! Well apart from rolling my eyes. I added that part for dramatic effect! Whereas in my day there used to be rows of payphones as far as the eye could see! And they used to be cheaper as well! You could make a 24hr call for just a shilling. And it's the same with chip shops. Where there used to be chip shops as far as the eye could see. In my day you could get a crate of chips and a gallon of peas for thruppence. And it's the same with social anxiety forums. Where there used to be social anxiety forums as far as the eye could see. Anyway, my phone needs charging. |
