Uurgh, feel really sick! Bought 4 cans of super strength 7.5% lager earlier, drunk it and smoked 12 roll ups then fell asleep. Woke up around half an hour ago and just bought some more booze. I'm going to end up like my old man. Full blown alcoholic.

I got woken up by dream at half seven. I was picking the dead heads off of viola, when a wasp started flying around my head. Then it started landing on my head, and crawling through my hair. I knew it would end up stinging me because it just wouldn't leave me alone. So I woke myself up. Then, when I got out of bed my earplugs (orange plugs attached to a blue wire) were dangling from my top, and I had a mini-heart attack thinking it was the wasp from my dream.



I'm ok. I'm wanted to leave the house early today so I can be home early.


Only sharing this with you guys though... I feel the most weight conscious I have ever felt in my life. I have lost seven pounds, but I know it isn't good enough. Common sense tells me my body weight is healthy, and that I don't look very fat to other people... but I look in the mirror or down at my body and see my hips and thighs and I feel ashamed.

I'm feeling pretty darn good today tbh...Best I've felt in bout 10 or so days!...I've just managed to eat a slice of brown bread and butter with a slice of ham in it. Tasted vile but I did it! And I even managed to get some sleep in the very wee hours...Lets see if it lasts!

So I did go out... then about fifteen minutes after I got home the sky turned the colour it does when it's going to absolutely piss it down. Not impressed.

It wouldn't really make a difference tbh. They just need to give me that special medicine which will bring me back. They know it and I know it but they won't do shit for me. Honestly at times like this I wish I was a 55 year old man. I lost almost 5 stone in less than a year and they don't think that's abnormal? Everyone who once knew me are like. "Wowsers, you've lost a lot of weight". "Are you well?" I'm like; "Yeah, on top of the world baby, on the top of the motherf**king world".

They don't know what I looked like before. Well my GP's do but the new doc doesn't, he thinks this is my normal weight. lol. They have no idea what it feels like to weigh less than your own 5ft 2 mother. I'm 6ft and look like a pencil, honestly Kate. My next visit I'm going to show him some pics, This was me before and this is me now. You have to help otherwise I'll rot.

Well yeah was gonna say take a friend who can confirm who you were b4 or your mum or someone, or pics...I can't see it as being good medical practice to just allow you to lose that amount. their probably reluctant coz of your age tbh.

It is because of my age, you're bang on with that. I thought I was getting on a bit but they say I'm still young. Lol, I've lived for 30 years. I know what's right for me and what isn't. They don't. They think they know me and that I'll bounce back but I've tried, I've tried everything. I can't bounce back from this alone. The only way is TRT. The only way I will get my life back is if they prescibe me that but they won't.

woz feeling lazy and tired but then decided to do a bit of shoulders muscle exercises an hour ago whilst listening to chris brown beautiful people on repeat (lol) and now feel pumped and hyped up again, i think it's back down to london i go again to club cargo, wherever that is? then going to club aquarium after to rip up da dancefloor, unlike at yesterday's a london meet up where i was very subdued by my standards
