Pastrami on toasted not-rye with all sorts and schmutz (sauerkraut, mustard, emmental, mustard, gerkin).

New york deli style from what I gather. From the packets of similar in poncy shops.

If you are the kind of person that gives food a nickname I guess it would be a reuben. This is the first time I have made it and my mouth has rolled over and requested a cigarette.

Apart from the pastrami I dont like any individual component but together, well, it looks like I am sleeping in the wet patch again. Creating amazing food and eating it on your own is kinda sad

I'm eating a God among sandwiches, protein bread from Lidl, loads of roast chicken and some salad all coming together to compose a symphony of flavours in my mouth. Nice sandwich

^ I finished both those plates, they really are big plates. I made enough for two monster people and have about half a monster persons worth left.

Getting downstairs to cover the rest and put it in the fridge may prove troublesome. It is easier to just eat it all, or fall asleep in this lovely lovely gravy.

Dare I say it, they are possibly actually nicer than pringles.

^ well to put you off can you imagine how hot my house was after that roast ? Oven running for over an hour, hob too. Especially given I cant/wont open my front windows, regrets were significant but it was still worth it, just.
