Default Dr Chloe Foster on SA

Did anyone listen to this/find it useful? Not having a TV licence I can't access it. Apologies if posted before (couldn't see it anywhere)

70+ views and not one reply Seagull, what do you think that's all about?

What are you asking me for?

I don't know, I guess I thought you might know why. I thought this was a discussion forum.

Well it is isn't it?

Allegedly mate.

The first sign of madness is talking to yourself you know

Is it?

What they say!

They?

People.

Oh, right.

Anyway, back to our original question

Our?

Alright, yours then!

Whatever, as I was saying, back to the original question...

Which was?

This tumbleweed thread, no replies

Oh right.

Well?

I've honestly no idea why Seagull, maybe people have no opinion on it or just aren't interested.

I guess

So do I

Take care

You too

I've just listened to it.

It has helpful tips I guess. It's only 3 and 1/2 mins long. Covering the basic points. It seemed kind of aimed at people who have very low uncomplicated levels of sa (compared say to me). Or are just starting to experience symptoms of sa. But it's all positive stuff that can be taken on board I guess

You could always listen to it in a library, maybe?

It does when you have to log onto the BBC iplayer to watch something BP! No licence, no login. A lot of BBC stuff you can watch on YouTube or Reddit, but not stuff like that.
