cookies. big soft cookies with chunks of stuff in. baking cookies is a good comfort activity as well as producing comfort food... it's pleasantly mindless and you get to play with lumps of chocolate and 'test' them.

Exactly how I feel! And I work in a supermarket so I can't stop myself buying junk food

It's normally crisps/chocolate/cream cakes when they're reduced at the end of the night. I have no will power at all

Chocolate I'm afraid. But I don't binge eat it. What I do eat in the course of a day adds up to quite a large amuont though. I've just finished a bag of Tescos white chocolate raspberries and they were delicious. I feel suitably comforted

Yes! I made some biscuits with my daughter and her friend - I've collected a few recipes of quick and easy things to bake, something to do for them and fun to eat. They're all gone now.

I like all sorts of comfort food - penne pasta baked in tomato, mozarella, basil, chilli etc. sauce springs to mind (also quick and easy)
