help me please
wondered if any one could help me.......im getting well pissed off.Im not very technical so please explain in lamen terms when giving instructions.I had to do a system recovery the other day and i can't seem to be able to do some of the things i could do before.even after reinstalling the things.The main one thats pissing me off is flash player,I keep downloading it but nothing happens.I cant even post a pic off photobucket ,asks for additional plugins (adobe flash player)
 someone help me please before my pc goes out the window.

start menu, settings, control panel, add remove programs, check theres no adobe flashplayer ect if there is remove it, reboot ya pc then try a fresh download from the site. Ive had this a few times especially after a reformat. If that dont work then im stumped too.
