No, because we have no real way to confirm anyone's age. We've had people as young as 13-14 posting here, but as far as I know noone younger. We could turn on the 'COPPA' rules thing-y (an american law), which says that if you are under 13, you have to provide a parent's email address and then we get their permission, but since we've not had any (as far as I know) pre-teens posting here, I've not added that to the registration process, but probably should to protect ourselves.
