I have the Kenickie CD that track came from.

Are you playing the videos at the party or the audio?

I have a large amount of music - plenty of 90's stuff too. I could send you a list of 90's tracks filtered out of my iTunes, or can search it for anything you might be struggling to find.

I love all music genres, but I suppose I am a bit odd in that I love to mix them all up and listen to them one after another.

Check this out Blue Haze, you like?

Gotcha, already got some manics, but don't want anything too depressing so that filters out a lot. Check out the playlist tell me what you think, or you can just wait until the party.

I'm playing via YouTube because it's easier to make a playlist there than having to download various old singles. The only prob with this is that the audio quality isn't so great.

Oh and thankyou everyone for the suggestions, both obvious and obscure!

I used to have an old Europhia dance CD from the late 90s and can't remember what songs where on there...a nice dance version of Tom's Diner...argh my memory sucks...maybe this...

Edit: yesssss! found it:

Rakim > Nas

Dismissing Mos Def as 'a load of bollocks' is a very short sighted view. Black on of Both Sides is one of the most seminal Hip Hop records of the last 20 years.

I've got the album, http://img8.imageshack.us/img8/2632/mosdefg.jpg.

I do listen to him, he's in my top 30 artists. Rakim was good, but know one can touch Nas's flow. No one.

Nas is definitely one of the best lyricists around, even though his albums haven't always been of the highest quality, his flow is always top draw.

Though I do think the likes of Ghostface, Black Thought, Mos Def and Rakim are up there as well.

Yeah, I'm not dissing them but 'Illmatic' is one of the best Hip-Hop albums ever.

Ermm, he hasn't heard all Nas's and 2Pac's songs, 'cos he's not into that type of music. I don't know him obviously, but stating that 'Immortal Technique' is better than Nas and 2Pac is ludicrous.

Well that's just his personal music taste isn't it? which he's entitled to have without having to be an expert on it all, and you randomly shooting him down because of it makes you a bit of a music snob

^ If he was a Hip-Hop fan, then I'd kinda undertand, but he's clearly not.

What grudge does everyone hold against me?

Had enough of all this shit from members.

Listen to 'Caught in a Hustle' by Immortal Technique, his flow is flawless! Or just stick to your Illuminati puppets if you want!

Listen Blue Haze if you understand this then I swear on my chicken's life it is one of the first steps to getting over your SA - it's not all about you. Don't take everything personally. We're not saying you're a horrible person, we are saying that you are coming across a little aggressively and this can be percieved as being rude. If you put yourself on the recieving end of your comments you would find it rude too, I bet.

That's ALL. We're not picking on you and we're not trying to piss you off.

Just take the critisism, learn from it, and leave it there. No one is out to get you ok?
