Claims to fame
What are yours?
My brother was once on The Big Breakfast. A photo was taken of my hand mere inches away from the arse of Momus. I think that's it. |

Re: Claims to fame
I gave Princess Diana some flowers.
Neil Gaiman sent me hugs on Twitter. Oh and I have some sort of tenuous family connection to Sean Bean. |

Re: Claims to fame
Impressive stuff! Keep it coming
I am also technically a published writer, in that one of my entries was included in the Law of the Playground book (not telling which one though) |

Re: Claims to fame
I have a few more
Was almost in casualty (the show) once. They used to film at schools in my neighbourhood, one time they decided they wanted a winter scene with kids playing...... only it was the middle of summer! We all dressed up in scarves and gloves and ran around in the playground almost getting heat stroke and then they cut it from the show I can also definitively say I have better nuts than Chris Packham..... saw him trying to film a bit on squirrels on Brandon Hill in Bristol, he was feeding them nuts trying to bring them over. But I was there before him and they liked my nuts better so I stole all the squirrels! Take that Packham! I also was within like 2-3 meters of David Attenborough at WildScreen Bristol, he was doing a question and answer thing but I was too nervous to say anything |

Re: Claims to fame
I played online poker against one of the guys what created MS Word. He was playing low stakes cos he was on a boat and his connection was shit. Played against a lot of people famous in the poker world, including Vicky Coren and... people you won't know.
Think that's it. |

Nope.
I just looked on wiki, and her album also reached number 1 in UK and Ireland. Her career quickly went to shit afterwards. Just like my life did. |

I had a front row seat at a John Shuttleworth show and he sort of vaguely glanced at me once.

Re: Claims to fame
^^^Oh, ah. That reminds me, Arthur Lee once stared at me for a good minute during the instrumental part of one of his songs. I just stared right back. It was Arthur ****ing Lee, staring at me.
Too much coyness in this thread. People withholding names. Spill, for ****'s sake! |
