^You don't have to say sorry. I know that sometimes people just want everything gone. I'm just wondering if when it comes to doing the deleting that the mods might be able to just keep some of the threads that clearly aren't personal, just delete the first post.

I'm thinking it's to hard to carry one pretending that everything is okay. It's not and nor am I'm, and I don't have the strength to pretend to everyone anymore

Good job.

I reiterate: I know that people sometimes want all trace of themselves removed ASAP, so they don***8217;t have time to pick and choose which threads are personal and which could simply revert to the next poster. That is completely understandable.
What I***8217;m saying is that during the deletion process of the threads, the mods might have a quick look down the list of threads to be deleted and be like ***8216;Oh, those are all clearly personal, those can go. That one***8217;s about a new music album, or someone appearing on QT, etc. That clearly is not personal to them or has anything to do with them other than the fact that they started it.***8217; That could just revert to the second poster? Yes? No?
This is something I've pondered previously.

I don't really see why people should be able to delete their threads, I don't think anyone here uses their real name and puts their address in their signature so it's hard to see what is gained and more to the point you're making the choice for other people's posts to be deleted without their permission. I would say if you request for your account to be wiped, your user name should just be changed to a randomly generated name.

I understand the randomly generated username as long as you could still remain anonymous. Looking at each post would be really time consuming.

He's so happy to be in your house . My Mum's cat likes to race around chasing a toy mouse, bumping into the furniture, but if she's feeling very energetic she just asks to go outside again.

Oh, is he neutered? Maybe he needs neutering to calm him down.

If I had a "skip bad day" button to move on instantly rather than have to try to drudge/sleep/other my way through a bad day to move forward I would be 80 by now with a sore button finger.

I love rainy days. Any excuse to clomp around in wellington boots.
And they're good for validating a lazy hermit's existence. Go see people? but it's raining!

You are the cowboy hat from Buckaroo. I hope life's treating you well, cowboy hat from Buckaroo.
Hello stranger that's a confusing but very heart-warming analogy! I wish people thought I was as good as a lost Buckeroo hat in real life.
Life is alright, I probably need to treat Life better though. I'd always wondered what had happened to you too, i'm sure you slipped off for a few years! Good to see your posts again. oft make me smile they do

Re. lost threads. There may be a way for mods to revive a deleted thread? Might be worth asking.

Everything changes but nothing is truly lost eh, as some folks say

I am so good at making myself feel like shit. Once I start, I can't seem to stop myself. I honestly think it'd be better to go back to physically self harming than to keep on mentally ****ing myself over like this.

I think I've been grinding my teeth in my sleep, I've been waking up to one side of my jaw being painful and not being able to make my teeth touch on the same side.

I've heard this can really mess up your jaw, any home remedies?

^ I think you can get a sort of gum shield type thing you can wear at night. I'd imagine it'd take a bit of getting used to though. A dentist might be able to give you something.

I can't believe how much losing weight has helped my confidence. I'm fitting into awesome dresses that've been kept and hidden away in my wardrobe as a sort of vague symbol of hope. My sense of self is incredibly poor and I deal with that by having a strong sense of style. 'I don't have much, but at least I have this' sort of thing. I feel like me again and it's brilliant.
