I went 3 weeks ago, it was freezing and they were running half an hour late. When you get there you have to ring a number and they tell you when you can go into to waiting room.
By the time I got in she commented on the fact my teeth were chattering, apparently the thought that not everyone has a car to sit in while they wait hadn't crossed their minds

still the same consolida, feel like I'm a nuisance when I meet up with people, met up with friends today and had a panic attack... was busy in the cafe though. how are you feeling Consolida?

^ It's good to hear that you met up with some friends in a cafe, Mellie, although I'm sorry that you had a panic attack. Panic attacks feel horrid but if it's any sort of consolation I know that folk around us barely notice, if at all, that we are intensely anxious. Anyway, I hope it passed quickly and you were able to eventually relax and enjoy yourself.

Exhausted. A car alarm went off at about 2am and went on for ages. My cat was terrified so jumped on my face and wanted me to cuddle her and tell her that it’s all okay.

I’m sure some people don’t realise when they have a car alarm on their car!

I've felt better to be honest. At the moments I've got some big bills heading out of my bank account over the course of the next week or so:

Road Tax / VED due tomorrow. (Already sorted that out)
Car Service - which is happening this coming Friday.
Car Insurance - which is due on the 7th March.

I think March is going to be an incredibly quiet month for me...

With everything going on, it feels quite trivial. But I’m really struggling socially at work (and in general really). Mostly sitting quiet not saying much, not getting my brain in gear, saying the opposite to what I mean because I struggle to say the right words, getting words mixed up, stuttering, not reading the room.
I just turn into a rabbit in headlights at work. I’m fed up with it
