"Upload of file failed" - Profile Pic

Hey, I'm trying to change my profile picture but I keep getting the above error message.

175px*152px, 14.56kb. Below the requirements! Any help appreciated thanks.

Is that all it says? What type of image is it as well?

I linked the image in the original post - I tried it both off my hard drive and remotely via tinypic

its a jpg, but also tried a png.

And aye, thats all the error message page said!

I appear to be having this problem too. The OP has found a solution it seems, anyone know what it is? I'm a new user and didn't want to double post this problem.
