Why does the idea of cremation scare me?

I've been thinking about going to some seance experience thing at an art gallery near me. It's been on tour and the company who does it have a few different versions. This one is 20 people sat around a table in a shipping container in complete darkness wearing headphones, it sounds like there's a story and sound effects to trigger your imagination (also I think the table is set up to move). Anyway, I think it's basically just an audio thing, but one review I read mentioned "audience participation" and everything else I can read about it is deliberately vague so as not to spoil it. It got me thinking how good it would be if there was some kind of universally-recognised system of labelling and rating things like this and other events, where people might be unsure about going because of various anxieties. Like if there were clear labels saying "there is a chance you might be selected from the audience to do something on stage", "you might be spoken to by the performer if you sit in the first four rows", "there is a 1 in 20 chance you'll be selected to do something unknown in this experience", "there is definitely no audience participation", etc.

I wish I knew what instrument they use in every Spanish song, you can hear it with the bass. It is exclusively being used Spanish songs. Well, at least in the 7/8 Spanish songs that I know.
