I had a tomato, basil and cucumber sandwich on granary bread, and a raspberry Activia yogurt. I've been severely lazy about cooking lately and will no doubt get scurvy and probably leprosy as well

pasta with some tuna, tomato and black olive sauce I'd had lying around for yonks. It was 2 months past it's use-by, but still tasted mightyfine

Good question. I have no idea. It was one of the ones made in the supermarket, so doesn't have a label on it. jam in it, and pastry.

I've just made some soup from all the vegetables in the bottom of the fridge, it's actually quite nice as I've spiced it up with some coriander and cumin. Always tastes a bit salty when it's got cumin though.
