Anxious
i been riding this wave of anxiety recently, at least i seem to have slipped into this mode of feeling i have to do things anyway (most things) so i am getting on with things, BUT that means i'm gripped by this intense anxiety, i feel physically sick and breathless and am tense all night too.
not sure why i'm making this post, just felt it was better than keeping it to myself |

Hi Stripey,
What things do you feel you have to do? Everyday things? I used to feel that I HAD to hang around and go out with my mates...it meant I had to sit in rooms feeling unbearably anxious for many hours and it probably didn't help me. I used to sit there and hold on to my butt as if I was on a rollercoaster, what I needed to do was try to shake off the anxiety, relax and try to be involved in the conversations/activities. What ever it is that has been causing you this anxiety, I hope you get to grips with it. Darren |
