How often do you wash your hands?
I wanted to do
a poll but not sure how to do one of those! Ive realised that I went through a phase of washing my hands lots but now I dont and should I be concerned? Before handling food maybe? Or can you be too fussy?

I've broke it down into different categories:
Morning wash - 1 time a day Before/After meals/snacks wash - 7 times a day Shaking it off wash - 6 times a day I can't believe that came out of me wash - 1 time a day Night wash - 1 time a day

Always use the cold tap in public or work facilities. Swipes show that there is less faecal/uric acid matter build up on the cold tap head as most people favour the hot without realising that cold water is as good as hot for germ removal, it’s the detergent that does the work. Do not share this information with anyone, ever.

I wash my hands a lot, I couldn't really count I do have pets. I also have a touch top bin and wash my hands every time I bin something. Obvs after using the bathroom or before eating. I cook a lot and there's quite a lot of hand washing involved in that. If I clean at all I wash my hands regularly while I'm doing that. I wash my hands before I make a cup of tea. Just before doing anything really, I can't stand not feeling like my hands are clean. I think I'm quite sensitive to keeping my hands clean as my mum is quite gross and never washes her hands, I've watched it do things like pull apart greasy chicken for her dog and then just wipe her hands down her front. She doesn't even have any hand wash in the kitchen.

^ I'm very similar to Marie. We have so much in common!
You try so hard not to do it but it's a compulsion. Like today I washed my hands with a screw tap and I just wanted to sanitise straight after, but I didn't. It felt painful to ignore that want. Sometimes I open and close the bin with my foot so I don't have to wash my hands again! I'm pretty good at opening doors with my feet as well. (£25 a pic, £80 a video)
