Today I made it through a full day at work after being sent home Friday in tears because I felt like I couldn't do it - because I was missing important things and doing things wrong!

There were a few tears and a lot of calming me down from other people in the office which is embarrassing but it worked because I got through the day

I'm still learning the very basics, and I'm still anxious and nervous but I'm in a different position now than on Friday... I'm not scared of admitting I'm struggling and need help, at least in front of these particular people. Perhaps it's a lesson I should apply elsewhere in my life when I've got the energy haha

Well, I spent all day uptown, actually went into a cafe and sat in there for a while and just took my time and relaxed instead of rushing everywhere and avoiding everyone.
Also applied to volunteer somewhere too

That's awesome, BP!

I became less of a 'Yes' man, by saying 'No' to myself, of all people.

I managed to go get the bus myself to go meet my mum at the shops
Had a panic attack and felt awful, but I did it!

(not sure that I'll be running to do it again though...)

Had a bit of a mental breakthrough - realised the ANTS (automatic negative thoughts) that have been screwing me up for years, from my childhood, belong in the bin.
