Any recommendations? I do quite like a good crime drama.

I'm feeling terribly guilty as I spent the day in self destruct mode.
I pretty much spent the day in bed and ate nothing but a load of chocolate followed by a large bag of crisps. Way to go when I'm already incredibly depressed about my increased lockdown weight

Tomorrow I shall attempt to be 'normal' again.

But for now I need a bit of escapism.

Just woke up from a nap. I really am getting old!

Was on zoom/teams much of the day at work and I do find it tiring for some reason. Also been really bad in the last week forgetting to take my prescribed supplements. Need to get back in the habit or I'll be getting told off by GP :/
My tiredness certainly correlates with me forgetting to take them

I’m trying to find a new anime show that isn’t pervy. I put on a random one on Netflix called Food Wars and omg! It starts with an underage girl being metaphorically violated by a squid. At one point everyone’s clothes burst off and they orgasm because the food tastes so good. Put me right off my noodles.
I get that fan service is a standard with anime but I’m getting sick of it.
