I remember looking forward to my bowl of Alpen when I went to Cannock Chase with my primary school class mates.

It deffo had coconut, banana and either dried pineapple, apricot or mango in it.

I'm thinking about taking some muesli with me in zip lock bags, with some imported Nestle Nido powdered whole milk, Coffee Mate or powdered coconut milk.

Would be a more satisfying no cook breakfast than breakfast bars.

I'm spending most of my time now trying to figure out what to eat. Needs to satisfying but light as possible.

I could just live off dried fruit and nuts and my polar bear esque excess body fat if I wasn't such a foodie.

I always been a big fan of Alien keys. As for Allen, I thought the 3rd/4th ones were awful and the Alpen vs Predator films were even worse.

I love their simply nutty muesli, no evil raisins. I wish they'd chop the bloody Brazil nuts up though. I've been buying it for months and have had two random boxes where they were and they were perfect, it's like they're teasing me
