Don't they have to wait beyond a later hour?

Ahh, good point, hadn't thought of that. I couldn't be bothered in the end, anyway.

Being awake right now sucks. I've got a couple of friends coming over at midday and my head is going to be flat lining when they do. I just know three or so hours before they're due over my body'll go 'yo Concept, you can sleep now' *evil grin'.

Stoopkid, get some sleep. Noaw! (I imagine you've tried...).

Thought about going to your GP for some sleeping pills if this is a reoccurring thing?

Gosh, that is terrible. I guess you have tried every remedy available. I really hope your body gets into such a state of exhaustion that you drop off. I don't mean that in a bad way.

I've just woken up, four hours sleep, leave for work 7.30am, going to be so tired. I drive a lot in my job and then have to paint on a smile when I see people. SA adrenaline will get me through it and I might need the odd sugar fix.

Oh gosh, poor you. Could you ask your GP to refer you to a sleep clinic? I've been to one (for work) and it was truly amazing what specialists can detect re: sleep disorders. The doc I spoke to, however, said that sometimes if it is chronic like yours is (depending on the cause) sleeping tablets are a short term 'cure' to get your body into sync. I have taken them twice for death of loved ones. They make you feel a bit drowsy in the mornings so I couldn't take them now because of driving. But they did work, my doc would have prescribed me more but I didn't want/need any more.

My problem at the moment is self-inflicted, I have not exercised in 4 months, even though I am always on the go. I've got into a rut of being too tired to exercise (I can't even be bothered to do Davina: fit in 15 or something -15 mins of exercise, ha, let alone the gym) which makes me unable to sleep and so it goes on) and eating chocolate which I don't really like to feel 'awake'.

I really hope you find something to help

Hope you're getting some sleep tonight Azalea. I'm landlocked inside my own head as per usual tonight.

Let's Blame the dream stealer. It keeps us awake so it can plunder our brains and take our journeys and adventures away from us. : |

Hehe. That's how Sean Bean could keep getting killed and reappearing. He's stepping through them to return them to their owners, being in the noble fantasy warrior (hello Sharpe) that he is. ; )

Grr I woke up half an hour ago and can't get back to sleep...I think I am subconsciously worried about a client call I have to make around lunchtime. It is a long drive and an area to which I have never been before. I do not trust my sat nav, it is sh*t, sh*t, sh*t. I'll probably end up in London.

Just saw the thread about Breaking Bad, I must be the only person in the world on series 1 and I bought it ages ago. I think I'll watch that.

Two exhausting days working in London and I'm still waking up at shit o'clock. Time for some porridge and toast to induce a bit of sleepiness.
