I have a tent, a sleeping bag already, and a stove ordered today. I don't know what I'm doing, really. I'm not really looking forward to it but I feel like I have to do it.

Ps: thanks Gregarious, for the links!
Cool , me and partner going there next month too
But not camping, booked a cottage.
Hope you enjoy it

I've got 4 days off next week and the weather is supposed to be good. Going to have a picnic one day and spend a day in Ely.

^Of course the weather will be good - it improves every time I leave the country! Enjoy your time off and Ely, hope the weather stays good for the picnic.

I'm looking forward to an evening in London this evening (leaving in 10 minutes), ahead of tomorrow's flight to Prague - and a punk festival in Selby beginning the day I come back to the UK. I'll miss you all, though.

^Enjoy!
Also if you need a picnic blanket The Works have them for £5. I got one today after regecting the £25 one in EWM (although it was nice, I won't need it that often).

Getting to grips with my new car. Its a big change I've gone from Diesel back to Petrol after 10 years, and its a smaller car, so should be cheaper to run.

^^ I filled up today and made sure I picked up the right nozzle! I even managed not to select the super unleaded on which is more expensive.

I see the price of oil is going up again, and the price of fuel is following at the same speed, hopefully with this being a smaller car than my last one it will be a bit more frugal.

^ I didn't notice her! I'll stick to dancing like starfish head at 0.44 (won't require much change from my natural dancing style tbh).

Having next week off for my birthday. Have planned out a packed schedule of drinking and mooching around museums, maybe even at the same time. And will also finally get to see a certain art work I've been hearing about.

I found out that a vegan burger place opened in town and cannot wait to go. I might even try to go this Saturday after work. There's so many veggie places to go in other cities but hardly any here so I'm super excited about it. They do duck balls.

Recovering from a minor injury I picked up from lifting weights 2 weeks ago, recovering fairly well, I'll give it 5 more days. Once I've fully healed I'm going to do a 4 weeks strength program 5 days a week, followed by a bulking program for 3 months to put on weight. I'm really eager to start this, I can't begin to explain how horrible it feels not being able to lift weights or do any calisthenics in the last 2 weeks. And with my strength and bulking program, I get to eat loads of calories. Loads.
So hyped about that.
I just hope I don't lose my abs.
