Legend has it they normally come in groups of 40, never seen a herd that big myself though.

I got good sleep last night, almost 6 hours, no idea why, I guess I just needed it so bad.

Over the past few days I have managed to get to sleep by about 11:30, it makes a big difference from going to bed at 5 or 6 am!

Flippin eck, looking like no sleep again for me as well. Didnt get any last night either.

So what time does breakfast club come on telly ? It seems to be on 3 or 4 times a week at the moment,

oh, I dont want to state the obvious but any light is bad news for falling asleep, including phone screens. I bet there were less insomniacs before flippin edison went and invented a way to distribute electicity.

People fell asleep when it got dark outside through boredom. It was that or candle lit scrabble.

I normally intentionally dont sleep friday and that seems to fix my sunday. I do have some odd coping methods

I am perkier now than most daytimes at work.
