I really want to play a horror game where nothing happens. No jump scares or monsters of any kind, just all atmosphere and stuff.

I'm sure I've got worse for worry, seem paranoid about stupid stuff that doesn't even make any sense

Soma's not supposed to be bad for that. Or Gone Home or Everyone's Gone to Eapture (though I guess they're more chillers).

Soma sounds really interesting, thanks.

Try not to let it get to you, it's never anything personal against you. Are you feeling okay?

^ I wish you could what other people see.

After some serious convincing, far more convincing than should have been necessary, the doctor gave me a prescription for fluoxetine. I don't know if that medication is good or not, but it's something and I'll take it. That doctor is becoming something of a bother, he's being very pushy and making a lot of assumptions.

^^ Aw, but that's entirely how I think you look, although I'm not sure what auburn means. Anyway, with that face you can wear pretty much anything and still look nice, you have a nice face I mean. I'm not good at this...

Nah, I'm not, I meant that I had to convince the doctor to give me medication. He just thinks I need to be pushed to look for jobs and training and stuff.

Ah, I thought maybe auburn had some different meaning in that context. Don't I look silly?

Some harmonies/intervals seem to make my brain feel itchy but I don't have the musical theory knowledge to really understand it.

^ Interesting. Don't think I've heard of musically stimulated brain itches before... There seems to be quite a lot of interesting research on chills elicited by music though (like this). It could be a similar mechanism, just with a slightly different output.

^ Oooh, yay reading material! I get the chills thing too, but not always to the same stuff that makes it itchy. It's like that feeling of needing to sneeze but in my brain.

Edit: Maybe it is the same thing.

^ Ooh, now that is interesting. I'm not sure that's something I've experienced.

I'd recommend you don't reveal any more psychological quirks around me though otherwise I'm only going to want to experiment on you somehow. And I'm nowhere near qualified and would refuse to refer to you as anything other than my test subject.

Maybe flat 5th's or flat 2nd's. They're used a lot in metal.

Ooh, interesting. I'll have to get the keyboard and and play. Just checking I'm not being daft, but an example of a flattened 5th would be C and F#? I have no idea about a flattened 2nd.

^^^ It is awesome. What a cutie. And big-ish gifs aren't a problem unless they're in signatures (and so displayed on every post you make).

^^ Good luck James.

^ ASMR isn't something I've really explored. To YouTube, ho!

^^ Thank you.

I've never understood what ASMR actually is. People describe it in such vague terms, and I just don't get what it is or if I've ever experienced it.

I really just can't seem to record my voice. I tried so hard, but in the end it didn't even matter. I don't know how people do it.

I'm going to buy a mic, if my voice sounded better in the recording it would be a lot easier. My webcam mic just makes it sound really deep and echoey.
