I'm always up at silly o'clock!

Sometimes I can't sleep because I have stuff running over and over in my mind. At other times I just sleep all day...

Anyways, you have a friend here.

I woke up at 5.30am today.

I just need to make sure I get to sleep early today.

Awake again, do you ever think not sleeping is connected to work in the morning?

Fell asleep on the sofa at 7.30pm. Woke up in bed at 2.30am with a good hour of being awake in there somewhere.

I should get to sleep but my pattern's all out of whack still. It'll be like this until I stay up for a day and a bit to pull it around.

What helps you get to sleep if you randomly wake up? Have any sleeping aids or tea to help you ease back into your dreams?

I'm nearly always on the verge of waking up, but it isn't too bad. I have interesting dreams.
