^I saw those in Tesco yesterday and realised I'd never tried them before. Glad I decided against buying any now.

I didn't realise Downton Abbey was back tonight I'll have to record it on +1 now and watch it in the morning excited.

Sorry but yes it is useless. You aint going to get a nice big pert bum in 30 days with body weight only. That's called deluded my dear. Been working out for 6 months now and ive finally got a nice ass to be proud off. Get attention from girlies and gay men

Barbell squats is a compound exercise which works more than one muscle in your legs and is great for your glutes. I train legs once a week and try to add weight to the bar weekly.

Have you ever been to a gym? The one I go to is very popular with bodybuilders and quite a few women go aswell and all of them have nice perky butts!

Oh Downton's back? I didn't even realise.

I never know when shows return until I've missed the first episode.

This is going to be a bad week, i just know it. A glimmer of hope would be nice, a hint of something to look forward to, but i can pretty much guarantee that this week will end up seeing me worse off in circumstances -mark my words.
I'm just gonna let it wash over me like a pebble on a beach, it's the only thing i can do.

I feel like my issues aren't as serious as the majority of members here. I've never had a panic attack (though I've been close) and I've never felt the need to take any medication, it seems that most people here are on, or have been on some kind of medication.

Maybe it's because I'm so avoidant, social anxiety isn't really much of a problem if I never interact with other people.

I have never taken medication, seen a doctor about SA, never had a real panic attack. I used to feel like I was 'less' SA because of it and was worried people would think I didn't belong here. But really it is just a case that different people have different symptoms and different ways of dealing with it. I never wanted to take medication because I wanted to deal with the root issues rather than just covering it up, but at my worst my SA and depression have still been extremely bad. Also, I get very SA with doctors so didn't feel comfortable talking to them. And I'm the same with avoidance - I don't see people much at the moment so it almost feels like I'm SA free

^ I don't want to take medication because I'm worried that I would become dependent on it, that if I ever tried to stop taking it I would just completely break down. I am sure that I have pretty serious SA, but since I don't do the things that most other people do it's hard to tell how bad it is sometimes. I suppose avoidance is just another part of SA, I'm probably one of the most avoidant people on this forum.

I may well be wrong. I may well be wrong.
Hope deferred for now, but maybe, just maybe...
This would hurt, after being reduced to no hope at all to then have a glimmer of hope and have it taken away...

I want to throw my daughter out of the house but I know she'll only end up round my parents' and that's not fair to them. So, I feel a bit trapped.

High five, sir. Hope you had fun on your travels? I've got the bug now, I want to go everywhere.
Welcome back Amatus I am jealous too, i reckon Amsterdam would be right up my street. I spent a long night there once stuck in the airport on my own- there wasn't a single other passenger in the whole place, nor one maintenance guy or kiosk worker, nadda, it was completely deserted bar for the one or two mice scuttling about that i tried to feed my sandwiches to.

Look at you putting yourself through new things. You've come such a long way this year. Hope it goes well for you.

PS (how patronising did I just sound?)

The day started off as expected when I found myself stranded an hour or two's walk from home due to the cash point i planned to use at my destination being out of order.
But then I got my braces off my teeth, my free book arrived in the post, I got sausage in batter and chips from the chip shop, then I received some potentially life-changing news, and now i'm sat here watching Breaking Bad with a cup of tea and a wee blunt.

I've just worked it out! I'm still asleep aren't I?

Aww Thanks, I hope so too

Those characters weren't in the film much so it'd be easy to forget them.

Hell yes! I love airport people watching.

How come the Dutch were blunt? Bit of a weird question but what was the food like? I rate countries based on their food, ya see. Sounds like you had a lovely break though, you deserved it.
