oh god, cheese is awesome. i have yet to widely explore the world of cheeses widely so my faves are really strong cheddar (mild cheddar doesnt count as a cheese) and feta, and mozarella in a salad, which are very pedestrian, but i am intimidated by the more stinking/squishy/mouldy cheeses. planning on becoming more educated though.

I like Chaumes, and really strong gruyere, and ripe, gooey unpasteurized brie... And chedder of course...can't not mention chedder....but not weedy chedder...it has to be thoroughly mature for me. And if possible, taste faintly of cow dung.

If it tastes like the cheese you usually get on the top of Lasagne for example then unlikely.

Pretty much all cheese, bar the ultra mild processed plastic crap the supermarkets sell. My fave has to be Stilton and a soft german smoked sausage that my aunt always had years ago. I can't remember the name though.
