Just back from volunteer center, i'm going to ask about volunteering for childline even though they'll try to put me off. At least it wll be something to do. and tbh I don't really care what you are doing today ffs...go camping good for you,. stop rubbing it in my face. Okay she was clearly exceited but let me just say i don't give a stuff about waht you do, you're meant to be helping me. I've basically been told to do it myself. I don't even think i have the motivation or energy to live atm, let alone go without my worker.
I am very capable, i'm probably more capable than i even think i am i am just too depressed to do it, really why should i do it ni'll never be liked or wanted anyway.
I'm just glad to be home tbh. I'm ****ing done in from just going out there. I did make the effort to wear makeup, but who cares. nobody would look at me anyway.
on the plus side they played a keane song on the radio. That was the only thing that's made me happy today...not 'happy' just not as sad.

Colleague just told me his tagged me as part of his future business plans due to my work mentality, ability and potential plus I can have fun while getting things done Feel a fraud because he thinks im something im not and his not the only one, people seem to think im intelligent and im really not!! Aww ILMC, I think it was incredibly brave to finally tell them about your SA. And I think what was written in the reply was sincerely meant. Your behaviour probably seemed odd to them at times, but in explaining it'll make sense to them now and they can adjust their own thinking, judgement of you and your work accordingly. I know you probably feel very exposed now and scared. But people often turn out to be way more understanding than you might think. They just need to know in the first place. In my objective point of view the reply sounds rather nice and I think they were a little concerned (not necessarily in a bad way). I hope things will turn for the better for you soon. You're a brave woman even if it might not feel that way right now.

I love dogs That is good that you are feeling better. my mood got better after getting some sunshine and fresh air but my energy level is low..
