summer or winter, spring or autumn?

OK, this is my first poll and will likely be w*nk, but a boys gotta start somewhere. Enough yakking. What is your favouritest of the seasons, neatly quarted for us by that mother nature? Mine is right now...crispy leaves on the pavement, grey skies, nights closing in, a touch still of sun...and summer over for another few months!

i bloody hate summer. that's mine, what's yours, hmmm?

Spring time. Not too hot but just starting to get clear of the dark evenings and frosty mornings.

I love Autumn if it's not too cold & rainy and summer if it's not too hot..and rainy!

I said autumn, but it really depends on where I am. The countryside is not a great place to be when it's dark and raining, but I think it suits the city very well. Summer in the city (not the song by the Lovin' Spooful) is intolerable and it makes me quite depressed.

i voted summer because i dont like the cold, plus the kids are always ill when its cold, the rain ruins my hair, so that sends spring and autumn packing.
summers cool, nice picnics in the park, long walks that make the kids sleep till dinner the day after, you cant beat summer when you've got little uns.

i like all of them, but probably autumn best. autumn is quite reliable. the others get ruined by the weather too much. i like the seasons to be seperable from one another, rather than a mild, wet summer followed by a mild, wet winter, as seems to be the current trend.

i always think i hate spring, but whenever it arrives i get all excited about the new leaves and all that.
