Weekly weigh in
I have been struggling a lot recently with gaining weight and just feel a bit miserable in general.
Would anyone be interested in taking part in the weekly weigh in. You do not need to put your starting weight, if you would rather keep it to yourself just add if you have lost or gained weight. You are welcome to join if you are trying to gain weight. Thanks x |

I've been struggling to lose weight for a while myself. Maybe posting about it will help motivate me.

79kg today.
I was 90kg two months ago when I stopped drinking then the weight just fell off. put on a kilo this week but my weight fluctuates so much in a week its no big deal |

I'll join in. I've been slacking on my dieting for the last month due to mehness, but feeling like I can move on from it now, get back to my workouts, and cut the fat down before Christmas
